Robert Kefurt fils du sergent Gus Kefurt médaille d'honneur tué à Benwihr le 23 décembre 1944 du 15ème régiment de la 3ème division d’infanterie américaine et sa fille Michèle ont été reçus par la mairie et les écoliers de Benwihr ainsi que par les élus de l'Hôtel de Ville de Colmar en présence des présidents des associations patriotiques et du commandant Valent du régiment des Diables Rouges.
